How To Search Using PraisePreview.com
Required Information
To perform a basic search of the
Praise Preview directory, you must enter at least a
zip code and denomination or a pastor or church's name.
What Searches Are Invalid?
The Praise Preview search engine
will not return any results if no search criteria are
provided via the search forms. Our search engine tries
to find the best matches to your search criteria with
the most current information in our system.
What Are My Search Options?
The Praise Preview search engine
provides you with four (4) main search options:
- Quick Search
The 'Quick Search' is used to find churches/worship
centers in a rapid manner by only requiring a denomination
and an optional zip code. The results are displayed
alphabetically by church/worship center name and then
numerically by zip code. The Quick Search form may
be found in the right margin of most of the web pages
on PraisePreview.com.
- Search by Pastor or Church/Worship Center
Name
The 'Search by Pastor or Church/Worship Center Name'
search form is used to locate matches using church/worship
center name or pastor name and zip code. The zip code
is optional in this search form, but is recommended
to ensure a more accurate search.
- Search by Church/Worship Center Details
The 'Search by Church/Worship Center Details' search
form is designed to help narrow your search results
to churches/worship centers with specific characteristic.
You may narrow your search using denomination, worship
style, congregation size and various amenities as
desirable characteristics of a particular church/worship
center. The zip code is optional in this search form,
but is recommended to ensure a more accurate search.
- Search for Upcoming Conferences and Events
The 'Search For Upcoming Conferences and Events' search
form is designed to help you search for conferences
and events that listed churches/worship centers have
scheduled. You may narrow your search by selecting
a state and a starting date of a conference or event.
The conference/event type is required to perform this
type of search. All other fields are optional.
What If I Don't Find Any
Churches/Worship Centers That Match My Criteria?
You may want to broaden your search
criteria. This may increase the number of matching results.
Also, you may want to try your search using zip codes
of your greater/metro area. If all else fails, churches/worship
centers in which the area you're searching may not be
listed with our service.
